Terms & Conditions (GTC)
These Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller (the registered association Cesta ze tmy – spolek) and the buyer.
1. Identity of the Seller
Cesta ze tmy – spolek
Office: Milánská 451, Horní Měcholupy, 109 00 Prague 10
IČ / ID: 09985859
Representative: Daniel Mach, President
Email: info@zetmy.cz
2. Order Placement and Contract Conclusion
All product listings in the e-shop are of an informative nature. The buyer places an order by completing the checkout form. The contract is concluded when the order is successfully saved and the buyer receives an email confirmation.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are final (we are not VAT payers). The payment is made in advance via bank transfer. After placing the order, the buyer is provided with bank transfer instructions and a SPAYD payment QR code. Goods will be dispatched only after the payment is credited to our bank account.
4. Delivery of Goods
Because we operate as a charitable association with handcrafted work and protected workshops, delivery times may vary. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Shipping rates are specified during checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
Pursuant to Section 1829 of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, the buyer must inform the seller via email (info@zetmy.cz) and return the goods undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging to the seller's address. The buyer bears the costs associated with returning the goods.
6. Claims and Defect Warranty (Reklamační řád)
The seller is liable to the buyer that the goods are free from defects upon receipt. A standard warranty of 24 months applies to all consumer goods.
If a defect occurs, the buyer has the right to file a claim by notifying the seller at info@zetmy.cz. The claim must describe the defect. The seller will resolve the claim within 30 days of receipt.
7. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer has the right to submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection (Česká obchodní inspekce - ČOI, www.coi.cz).
